Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment. Processing time is generally between 1-3 business days, however processing times may vary during Holidays.

You will receive an email notification of shipment with full tracking information. In many instances, to save you money, we are shipping directly from the manufacturer.

Although delivery times are usually much quicker, please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your address and product location.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Lushette will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

In such unfortunate cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

Depending on the status of your order, it may not be possible to make the requested changes. For example, orders may still be modified or cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled, so we strongly urge you to contact us ASAP!

So please contact the Lushette Support Team at help@Lushette.com as soon as possible with the changes you would like to make regarding products purchased, billing and shipping address changes.

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently only shipping to addresses in the Continental USA. Lushette is not responsible for orders forwarded or shipped to addresses outside the Continental USA or any related or associated import fees or customs taxes. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Lushette will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you will have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. You may return any product purchased on Lushette.com in accordance with the terms below:

A return authorization must be requested within 14 days of your date of delivery. To initiate your return please contact us by emailing help@Lushette.com to receive your returns number or RMA.

The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.

Once an RMA is received please return the item and email us back with the RMA and the tracking# so we can track your return.

You must return the Product to the address provided to receive a refund at your cost within 14 days of receipt of RMA.

Any un-authorised returns may result in refunds being delayed.

Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. All items must be in an unused re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criterion.

If your item is received damaged we require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement.

Please include the returns number we provide so that the refund can be properly processed. If you don't include the returns number then we can't guarantee your refund can be processed.

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.

Additional terms and conditions:

Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.

You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to Lushette.com.

If you return Product to Lushette (a) without a return authorization from Lushette or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, Lushette retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.

If the product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition, Lushette retains the right to charge you a 30% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the cost of labor and repackaging a product that is found to be in good condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@Lushette.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@Lushette.com and we will provide you further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 14 days from the date of delivery.
